PCT Day 58: Zero Day in Mammoth Lakes

Daily Miles: 0, Total Miles: 906.7

I cleaned up my gear and had a nice breakfast at the Breakfast Club. Next stop was an outfitter where I replaced my broken Leki hiking pole tips and baskets. I also replaced what was left of those deer-eaten socks and picked up a pack cover. A longer spork to dig deeper into my Ziplock bag meals will also come in handy. Even found new earphones to replace my old pair that had lost their foam earpieces. Getting tough on the ears!

Mammoth Lakes is a nice re-supply town for a zero day. We found the Mammoth Lakes Brewery tasting room, an easy bus ride from the motel.

Just finished two months on the trail.
